We believe in fair wages for all of our employees, both in front and back of the house. Because of this, we are a non-tipping restaurant. In order to provide an equitable wage for all of our workers, a 20% Hospitality Fee will be added to all orders, including take-out. You are not expected to tip on top of this charge.

All pizzas are 12 inches and cooked in our 900 degree oven with local hickory wood.

With help from The Gotham Project, we are able to bring you a rotating selection of exquisite offerings on tap, from craft wineries all over the world, at prices that defy expectations about fine wines. 

Vin Spina        Prosecco

Bubbly and friendly, but never cloying, this sparkling gem is perfect with cheeses, salads, and celebrations.

Baumgartner       Grüner Veltliner

Green apple and pear take a front seat, but the bright citrus flavors playing in the back make this the quintessential summer wine. You'll love this wine if you like Vinho Verde. 

Elki                  Sauvignon Blanc

Well balanced with an expressive bouquet of spring flowers, melon, grapefruit, and lemon-lime. Pairs well with arugula, fresh tomatoes, and goat cheese.


Bieler Père et Fils  Sabine Rosé

Soft strawberry, lavender, and white pepper tones underscore this elegant and dry rosé. Pairs well with blue cheese, parmesan, and caramelized onions.

Mouton Noir            OPP Pinot Noir

This Willamette garage wine is an exceptionally flexible choice for pairing with foods of all kinds. It's earthy and spicy, with cherry and ginger tones, and a soft woodsy finish. 

Gazerra                    Nero d'Avola

This full-bodied Sicilian diva will kiss you with innocent black cherry and plum lips, but don't be fooled. She's a deep and complex woman. The licorice, tobacco, and chili pepper of her deeper nature will soon follow. 


La Coux                 Côtes du Rhône

Fruity, medium-bodied blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. Aromas of stewed plum, black cherries, and olives.

The Counselor Cabernet Sauvignon

Rich and velvety, with a soft and luxurious mouthfeel. This supremely elegant cab is black fruit forward with just a hint of spice.
